"Water to Wine"

In John's account of the life of Jesus, he calls the miracles "signs." They are signs because they point to who Jesus really is. He isn't just a man, he is God! And, the first sign recorded in John's gospel is Jesus turning water into wine. There are several things I love about this story. It not only shows us the power of Jesus, it shows us his compassion. It also gives us a glimpse into the relationship Jesus has with his mother. Sunday we will break this story down and see what lessons we can learn for our walk with the one who was both man and God - Jesus of Nazareth!
