Shortly after Jesus transformed ordinary water into high-quality wine, he went to Jerusalem and visited the temple. What he found in the temple courts angered him. People were selling animals for sacrifices and exchanging foreign currencies into local coins. All this was happening in the temple courts, where the Gentiles would have gathered. Jesus drives them all out and reopens the temple court for its rightful purpose - worship. This story has some important lessons for us today.
